This is an easy bread to prepare. Ready within 10 minutes. It is prepared on the stove top in a pan. A thick round bread can be made by using all the batter at once or the thickness of the bread can be adjusted by the amount of water added. It can be cut in halves (length- and sideways) and filled.
One packet yields 4 bread “slices” if more water is used and the batter is divided into 4 parts. This is much like baking pancakes. If this method is used the bread is more flexible and can be filled and rolled. Leftovers can be frozen and used as pizza bases.
